Personnel

Wayne Shorter
Lee Morgan

Morgan, a former Jazz Messengers bandmate, stood beside Shorter again on his debut Blue Note leader date. The two-horn frontline of Shorter and Morgan embodies the album's bridge between hard bop and something more modal and mysterious.
